Terminated Hydroxy Polybutadiene HTPB (Butyl Hydroxy Rubber) Terminated Hydroxy Liquid Polybutadiene is a liquid remote claw polymer. It reacts with chain extenders and cross-linking agents at room temperature or high temperature to produce a three-dimensional network structure of the cured substance. The cured substance has excellent mechanical properties, especially hydrolysis resistance, acid and alkali resistance, abrasion resistance, low temperature resistance and excellent electrical insulation.

Application
Mainly used as propellant binder for solid rocket in aerospace.HTPB is poured into the engine propulsion system together with oxidizer, aluminum powder and high-energy combustion materials and cured, and is used as binder for propellant of solid rockets and all kinds of missiles. In addition, it is also used as propellant binder for the propulsion, deflection, escape and deceleration systems of space vehicles.
Packaging
Packed in 50L closed mouth polyethylene white plastic drums, the diameter of the drum mouth is not less than 100MM, the net weight of each drum is 50KG.
Deposits
Keep it in a cool and ventilated place closed, and the storage temperature range should be (-20~38) ℃. The storage period of this product is 12 months. After the storage period expires, the sample shall be renewed and retest according to the technical indicators of Part 2 of this clause, and can still be used after qualification.
Transportation
Avoid rain, humidity and sunlight during transportation, and do not mix with strong oxidizing agents.
